RealHomes.ph (“RealHomes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://www.realhomes.ph and provides a platform that enables users to inquire about properties and enables real estate professionals (such as developers, brokers/brokerages, and agents) to maintain accounts and access subscription-based services (and future leads).
For purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and relevant NPC issuances, RealHomes is the Personal Information Controller for personal data processed through the Website and our services. This means we determine the purposes and general means of processing personal data in connection with operating and improving the platform, responding to inquiries, managing accounts/subscriptions, maintaining security, and complying with legal obligations.
